Due to the unique nature of every piece, we do not accept returns, however we do extend the offer of an exchange or store credit. I want you to deeply treasure the piece you hold, so email me if something changes upon receiving your order!
Breaks, Losses & Fixes
Every piece I develop is made with great care, attention to detail, and fine materials. But, life happens! In the event that you catch a necklace on a vacuum or lose an earring, feel free to contact me so we can discover the best way to get your piece back into working order. Most repairs require you simply pay a small shipping fee. Replacements may require a small cost due to materials. All is dependent on the circumstance.
Please care for your pieces! I use high quality materials and stones that I hand select. No matter the quality, care will always affect your pieces. Avoid applying lotions, aerosols, perfume, or makeup directly on your piece or on the skin/surface where your pieces will rest. The oils on your skin and solutions in lotions or other products can naturally affect the sparkle of class and metals over the years.
This means cleaning! Know that all jewelry you have can be cared for by periodically cleaning with a sterling cleaner clothe. Be sure to hang your pieces for easy access and care.
All mail is sent via USPS priority mail for US delivery within 3-5 days. Orders over $100 receive free shipping, and you do have the option to upgrade to a faster shipping method at checkout if necessary.
